Shipping policy
We currently ship within Australia and to the United States and Canada (and plan to expand into other markets).
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping time.
Products purchased in Australia are shipped by Australia Post's Parcel Post service. Parcel post is required due to the shape of our product.
Products purchased in the United States and Canada are shipped from Australia by Australia Post's international parcel service. To keep shipping prices as low as possible, there are a number of options available. All shipping options include insurance and tracking.
