This size guide can be used for most shoes. For shoes requiring more specific instructions, please see the "Shoe-specific instructions" that follow the size guide

Slide SHIELD can be fitted to shoes with standard eyelets (punched - round / square) or webbed eyelets

Step 1: Measure the distance (in mm) between the two eyelets closest to the front of the shoe

Step 2: Choose the Slide SHIELD size that is closest to this measurement

Using these two simple steps will ensure you select the Slide SHIELD size that is best for your shoes
