- by selecting the eyelets best aligned with your shoe's eyelets
- Typical lacing patterns include:
- Lace through eyelets 1, 3 and 5
- Lace through eyelets 1,2,4 and 5
Lacing Instructions
Thread the lace ends through the eyelets at the front of your shoe. If your shoe has round eyelets, thread the lace from top to bottom
Thread the lace ends through the eyelets at the front of your shoe. If your shoe has webbed eyelets, thread the lace from front to back
For Asics Solution Speed FF2 and and K-Swiss Bigshot Light 4 models, thread the lace opposite the shield from back to front (instead of front to back)
Make sure the first eyelet on your shoe and the Slide SHIELD (circled above) are aligned
- Pull tight the lace running through this eyelet to ensure a snug fit, making sure these eyelets remain aligned
- Tighten the lace on the other side
Thread the lace through all remaining eyelets on your shoe and the Slide SHIELD eyelets that are best aligned with your shoes' eyelets. Remember, you don't need to use all eyelets on the Slide SHIELD - to ensure a snug fit, use at least 3 Slide SHIELD eyelets on each side.
