Sales to the United States will recommence on September 22
Australia Post will restart shipments to the US on this date, after updating their systems to accommodate the recently introduced tariffs for imports to the US.

Is the purchasing process the same?
Yes, the purchasing process will be the same. We will manage the payment of tariffs automatically through Australia Post and their partners. All duties and taxes will be paid before your shipments arrive in the US.
How does this impact customers?
The biggest impact is we are now paying a tariff of 13.1% on imports into the United States, plus a processing fee to the platform provider who makes the tariff payment on our behalf. Combined, the tariff + processing fee come to 20%, or more, depending on the product. We have adjusted pricing to accommodate the new fees, but have kept the price increments to below the new costs we are incurring.
